Franklin Mathieu is a strategic advisor, executive operator, and the visionary founder of Paragon Rock, where he leads high-impact transformation initiatives for private equity firms, portfolio companies, and enterprise clients across sectors.

Prior to founding Paragon Rock, Mr. Mathieu served as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at MIT xPRO, where he led partnerships and enterprise growth across Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global institutions. His 16+ year career spans healthcare, life sciences, education, and technology, with leadership roles at companies such as Olympus, Pfizer, Integra LifeSciences, and Genentech.

Mr. Mathieu’s work sits at the intersection of AI integration, leadership development, and enterprise execution. He brings deep experience helping organizations adopt emerging technologies, drive operational excellence, and build resilient, future-ready teams. His clients include Ford, Whirlpool, ADGMA, Capgemini, GE, and the Naval Air Systems Command.

A graduate of Williams College, Mr. Mathieu holds degrees in Political Science and History.
