Eugene Baah is a multidisciplinary leader with experience spanning professional sports, corporate finance, design innovation, software engineering, and ed-tech entrepreneurship. A former investment banker at JPMorgan, software engineer at Slack, and strategy lead at Xbox, Eugene blends analytical precision with technical knowledge, product insight and operational depth.

He began his career as a pro basketball player in Europe before joining the Philadelphia 76ers in community relations. After earning his MBA from Stanford and graduating from Princeton, he advised on M&A transactions at JPMorgan and later shaped wearable technology strategies at Microsoft. Upon leaving Microsoft, he advised global companies to develop strengths in human-centered design while working at design and innovation firm IDEO. As founder of Resoltz, he launched a digital platform focused on expanding access to physical education. During this period, he taught himself how to code and joined Slack pre-IPO as a software engineer. Eugene currently is a product lead at Western Union helping to accelerate the company’s transition from retail to digital remittances.
